"This year, Flag Day will be held on 27 February! Forms have been sent out to schools already and the due date is 11 January (Thats next MONDAY!) So please ask your YO too keep send back the forms and support this event! If you don't have the form, go here: http://www.redcross.org.sg/2008-12-303.phtml

This is one of the very few events which the whole of the Singapore Red Cross Society are working together to raise as much money as possible! So do send as many people as possible from your unit AND your school to come down for flag day 2010!

Oh yes, RCY has decided to bring in the competition factor into Flag Day as well!

In every district, the school (with an RCY unit) which collects the most amount of money will be awarded as district champions for Flag Day! EUA points will be given as well, as according to the EUA Criteria (Competition format). There are points for 1st and 2nd runners up for each district as well!

So don't miss this opportunity to win and gain EUA points for your unit as you contribute back to the society and make a difference to the less fortunate!"
