Qn: Why cant we choose our own grouping so we can be together with our friends?
The grouping is not up to you guys to decide. We don't see a reason why you must be together with your good friends. You don't have a choice, you have to work with the people around. Things cant possibly go the way you want it to be.

Qn: What if I'm the only girl/boy in the group of my race?
Be it gender or race, you all are still one big family - EVGRCY. You have to work with them regardless of whether you like them or not. Even if you don't know anyone in the group, you can always socialise with them.

Qn: What if I don't know anyone from my group?
The purpose of this camp is also to make cadets bond with one another, not only bond within their own cliques. When you all reach sec3, you will have to work with one another from your batch. We want to see you work with anybody that we make you work with, not only work with those people that you like or want to be with. And there's no point grouping you with the people you are close with as there will be no bonding with others whom you might have never spoke to for the past one year.
