A Little Something From Me To You
Friday, January 25, 2008

No matter how many days there are left to 16th February 2008. The more important dates that we have to take note is that you all only left 11 more FDC Trainings Days left before you guys and gals go for Competition. For some you might think that 11 more trainings days, aiya, still a long way to go. I can tell you all now, if you are thinking that these 11 more training days is a very long period of time then I think you should start waking up before you will regret, as now there is still some time left. 11 more training days, training together as a FDC Squad is a very short period of time. I hope that everyone in the FDC Squad could:

  • put in effort to come for training,
  • put in effort in every chance they manage to practice their drills on the Parade Square / Basket Ball Court / Volley Ball Court / Hall / Canteen or any other areas that you all can practice your drills,
  • put in effort to make sure you all drink up plenty of water daily to prevent themselves from falling ill and be excuse from training,
  • put in effort to co-operation with one another,
  • put in the effort to pull back their shoulders,
  • put in the effort to look at second level,
  • put in effort to lock their arms,
  • put in effort to not to show their teethes when they are on the parade ground,
  • put in effort to look smart when they are on the parade ground,
  • put in effort to raise up 90° when they are marching on the spot,
  • put in effort to not to any kind of weird / funny looking expression when they had done anything wrong when they are on the parade ground,
  • put in the effort to turn on the spot when they are doing belok,
  • put in the effort to swiftly on the spot when they are doing any pusing,
  • to put in the effort to glance left and right to check their dressing and not to turn the head to check their dressing,
  • put in effort to jurk when saluting / receiving of article / marching,
  • put in effort to help one another who is weak in foot drill,
  • put in effort to raise up their legs 90° and bang, to put in the effort to follow the timing and do the drills together,
  • put in the effort not to watch 7pm / 8pm / 9pm drama series but to use this time to revise for their tests / common tests / class test / mock exam so they can rest early to have sufficient energy for the next day.

If everyone can put in the effort to do this, to do that, I don’t see why you all, the FDC Squad, Not the YOs / the VIs / the Seniors, cannot Soar Towards Champion. As after all, Soar Towards Champion, HA!! is YOUR motto, a motto that you all came up with. Remember, Actions Speaks Louder than Words, don’t always say that you all want to be the north district champion, talking is nothing but winning the trophy back is something. So why are keep wasting precious time saying things and not doing it? Are we going to improve on the weakness? Or are we just going to remain the same? You decide....

PS: Remember to prepare and bring your Full-Uniform for tomorrow training!! If you think your uniform is not in good condition, tell the sec 4s by tomorrow too!!
