congrats to the newly promoted cadets and the new privates in EVG RCY..

the FD competition format is released to our commander today.She will fill you guys with the details on the next training. i received feedbacks from VIs..u all are very playful,and not serious enough during trainings,especially our reserve commander, Tze Hoon. am i right?
i juz wanna stress tat, competition is less than 2 wks time. cadets, i really really hope u all are serious in the trainin and cooperate with the VIs and ur chairman who is oso the commander.is not easy for the VIs and chairman to train u guys.they are even more tire than u all.they are oso in the hot sun with u all.and they have to shout at u all, correct your mistakes etc.they are even more tiring.but if they can put in their best to help u all, i think is oso rite u all put in ur best n train.i believe u all oso wanna be the champion this yr am i right?and i believe u all can do it too. since u all have the fighting spirit, so do ur best. Tahan for 2 more wks, put in your very best and be very serious in all the remaining trainings,to show us u all can do the drills smartly and consistently.u all show consistent gd drills, den the VIs wud feel sure tat u guys can do it.if your drill fluntuate, it shows is not stable,which is very scare..even if tire, muz endure through.and of coz the VIs would give u all break in between.if really cannot take it, ask for break..put in ur very best n train for the final show. i dun care if u all can win anything, but i wanna see u all put in ur best. if u all lose becoz u did not do your best, i wud be very disappointed.so put in ur very best n be serious.As long as u guys put in your best,i wil be very happy regardless of the end result.coz if u all put in your very best, u are the champion to me..IS THAT CLEAR?!

remember, in competition, if u all commit a mistake (touchwood), do not panic. juz stay calm and carry on. dun becoz of 1 mistake screw up the whole thing.dun bother abt the mistake.juz concentrate n remain calm to continue witht the drill. 1 mistake wont affect u all alot.but if tat mistake makes u all panic and leads to more mistake, den tat is really the end. understand?so if there is mistake, juz stay calm and continue with other command. concentrate with the others. ok?

Last but is the most impt... All of you muz take very gd care of yourselves. IS THAT CLEAR?! do not fall sick on the competition day (touchwood)..drink alot alot alot of water..it really helps..trust me..OK? i will rush down from Pulau Tekong on the 4th march to see CONFIDENT EVG RCY cadets putting in their BEST and doing MOST SUPERB drills.i stress, CONFIDENT.

U think u can, u can..so be confident and tell yourself u can....i believe in u all..coz u all have made it happen be4...juz do it again....
